At Craft Insurance Partners, we want to be very clear about how payments work.
Insurance Premiums
All insurance premiums are paid directly to the insurance carrier. Our agency does not process, collect, or hold premium payments for coverage. We are not collecting payment for insurance coverage. Coverage is provided and billed solely by the insurance carrier.
Agency Fees
In some limited cases, we charge a one-time agency setup fee for administrative services related to placing and servicing a policy. These fees are separate from insurance premiums and apply only in the situations outlined below. Most clients do not pay agency fees. If a fee applies, it is disclosed and confirmed before coverage is bound.
When Agency Fees Apply
Agency setup fees may apply in the following situations:
- Monoline policies that do not meet carrier bundling or commission thresholds
- Vacant home policies, which typically require additional underwriting and administrative work
